Because the safety paperwork that keeps people alive should not sit behind a lead-capture form. This site is funded by the people who build it, not by selling your details, and there is no email gate on anything here. If the tools save you time, the most useful thing you can do is tell someone else on site about them.
One caveat worth repeating: every document these tools produce is a starting point that a competent person must review, adapt and approve for the specific task and site. That requirement is printed on every output.
